Bay Harbor Continental

The Bay Harbor Continental is the assemblage of a waterfront co-op project in Bay Harbor Islands. Blue Jay Capital collaborated with Pininfarina on the initial design of the project and lead the efforts with the Miami-Dade County Commission to overturn the historic designation of the property, clearing the way for future development.
